    About Matteo

I am an osteopath and massage therapist with more than ten years of experience working in both clinical practice and professional sport. My goal is to help patients move better, reduce pain and improve their overall physical function through personalised osteopathic care.

My approach is primarily structural, focusing on restoring optimal movement and function within the musculoskeletal system while maintaining a holistic understanding of each individual. I consider not only physical symptoms, but also the role that lifestyle, work, stress, exercise and daily habits can play in health and recovery.

Alongside my clinical work, I have worked with an ATP Tour tennis player, providing osteopathic treatment and manual therapy within a high-performance sporting environment. This experience has given me valuable insight into injury prevention, recovery and the physical demands placed on the body through sport and activity.

I am passionate about patient education and believe lasting results come from understanding your body as well as treating it. Wherever possible, I support patients with movement advice, exercise recommendations, breathing strategies and practical lifestyle guidance to help maintain long-term wellbeing.

My approach is holistic and person-centered: in addition to treatment, I place great importance on patient education, promoting healthy habits and preventative strategies through breathing exercises and movement.
