About Sara

I am an experienced, registered and qualified physiotherapist (U.A.B., registered 13003). I have studied 4 years of Osteopathy. I teach anatomy at the UB, Hospital Clinic Barcelona, and I am currently studying medicine. I can help you with recuperation programmes for strength or muscle activation or postural improvement. My treatments involve both physiotherapy and my knowledge of Osteopathy, involving guided exercises and hands-on treatment. English, Spanish or Catalan spoken.

Qualifications

Sara combines clinical physiotherapy experience with specialist training in rehabilitation, paediatrics, anatomy education and complementary treatment approaches.

Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy, Gimbernat University School (UAB), completed in 2017.

Postgraduate Diploma in Acupuncture, KenZen Institute (2018).

Master’s Degree specialising in Paediatric Physiotherapy (2019).

Advanced studies in Osteopathy, completed through the fifth year of training.

Further professional training in X-ray Diagnostics and Nuclear Medicine (currently completing practical placement requirements).

Lecturer in Anatomy at the University of Barcelona (Campus Clínic) and EUSES University of Girona.

Study and practice in physiotherapy, rehabilitation, movement education and evidence-based patient care currently studying medicine.
