    About Katy

I am an osteopath in Barcelona with more than 15 years of experience in cranial, visceral and structural osteopathy. I am passionate about helping people move more freely, feel less pain and better understand their bodies. My approach combines a hands-on treatment with careful assessment through detailed questions and movement tests to identify the underlying causes of discomfort, rather than simply treating symptoms. Depending on your needs, treatment may include structural techniques including manipulation (HVT), cranial osteopathy, fascial work, soft and deep tissue massage, mobilising joints, lymph drainage and diaphragm work and personalised advice and stretches to support your recovery and long-term wellbeing. I work with babies, children, adults and older people, treating a wide range of conditions including headaches, TMJ dysfunction, sleep problems, postural issues, digestive discomfort, including bloating and constipation, menstrual pain, joint pain, tight muscles, RSI injuries including tennis and golfers elbow,  and mobility restrictions. Treatments are available in English, Spanish and Catalan. I am a member of the Register of Osteopaths of Spain (ROE) and Osteopathy Europe, and regularly attend professional courses, conferences and research events to ensure my patients benefit from the latest developments in osteopathic care.
